Right on time for Motek 2018, FATH Components is once again developing new products. In addition to the extended standard programme, visitors of the trade fair will be able to take a closer look at the friction joints for system arms and the swivel castors with lifting feet.
With their innovation concepts, both product lines are setting standards for system-independent design with aluminum profiles. The friction joints for system arms allow flexible use due to the wide range of possible applications and solve cleverly every task where swivel arms are required.

The FATH swivel castor with lifting foot is a completely new approach. With its heart-shaped pattern of holes, it can be universally attached to any profile with modular dimension 40 and 45.
This makes mobile frames of machines or shelves possible. These can be positioned at the place of use with a simple step on the integrated FATH levelling foot.
This creates a new mobility in production.

Innovation leads to new solutions
In addition to the two new products, FATH for the first time offers a service as an expansion of its range of services. The FATH CPM is an industry 4.0 pilot project between FATH and its technology partner ambos.io.
Both companies have jointly developed a solution to optimize the flow of goods in an industrial company. As a result, the FATH CPM tower has been developed, which records goods withdrawals.
At a certain point in time, automatic orders are triggered, which prevent an empty run of resources in production. FATH Components offers the new service as a pilot project and would like to contribute to the digitalization in the industry.
