Precisely tailored to aluminum profiles with slot: FATH Swivel and Fixed Casters in many versions for virtually any application

FATH has developed these swivel and fixed casters in cooperation with market leader Blickle specifically for use with aluminum profile systems. All housings and adapter plates are alu color powder coated and thus perfectly match the surface of anodized aluminum profiles.

FATH swivel and fixed casters are mounted either in conventional form with special adapter plates or with integrated mounting plates. This ensures fast, anti-twist installation on aluminum profiles with modular dimensions of 38 mm – 1.5", 40 mm and 45 mm and on heavy-duty rollers on aluminum profiles with modular dimensions of 80 mm and 90 mm – positive-locking without lateral protrusion.

All swivel casters are equipped with double brakes; the locking mechanism prevents the wheel from rolling and turning. The fixed casters are supplied without brakes. The heavy-duty swivel casters can also be supplied without double brakes if required. Choose from a wide range of versions to suit your requirements.

Extra large rollers for heavy loads

The latest addition to the family of FATH Swivel and Fixed Casters: Six extra large swivel and fixed casters with a wheel size of 200 mm have been developed for very heavy loads. These robust variants also roll optimally on floors with uneven surfaces, run smoothly and stay on track. The heavy-duty casters are available with plastic wheel bodies or with aluminum rims for extreme loads. The swivel casters are available with and without double brakes, the fixed casters have no brakes. The swivel housings or fixed housings of the heavy-duty casters are mounted directly to the aluminum profile with modular dimensions 80 mm und 90 mm.

Special rear perforation and adapter

The integrated mounting plates and adapter plates have slotted holes. The screw-on plate of the swivel caster is also asymmetrical.

Optional: swivel caster arm 40 x 80

For wheel sizes D100 and D125, the swivel caster arm can be optionally mounted lengthwise, crosswise or on the front side of the profile I 40 x 80. The lower center of gravity increases tipping protection.
