As a manufacturing company, we have always taken responsibility – for our employees, our region, and the careful use of resources. Sustainable thinking and action have been part of our corporate identity since the company was founded – not as a marketing tool, but out of genuine conviction.
Today, we see more than ever that our responsibility does not end with the product, but extends to the supply chain, the environment, and society. That is why the next logical step for us is to make this attitude visible, pursue it systematically, and communicate it transparently. The United Nations SDGs provide us with clear guidance in this regard.
Sustainable Development Goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global action plan by the United Nations (UN) to promote sustainable peace, prosperity, and environmental protection for all people worldwide.
The 17 goals wereadopted in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda and apply universally to all countries – industrialized and developing alike. They include environmental, social, and economic aspects and are to be achieved by 2030. They provide guidance for governments, businesses, and civil society on how to take responsibility for people and the environment. They cover topics such as hunger, education, health, sustainable economic activity, environmental protection, promoting peace, and global partnerships.
We have decided to focus on twelve of these goals that complement our core values and guide us in all our decisions and actions.

Being honest
This is not only our guiding principle, but also our attitude toward sustainability. We have many ideas, concrete projects, and a clear vision for the future. But we also know that as a medium-sized company, we cannot implement everything at once - instead, we must do so step by step, with smart investments and a great deal of commitment.
Today, we are implementing measures that will have an impact tomorrow – and we are fixing our course for the sustainable, responsible, and future-proof development of our company. We still have a long way to go. But one thing is certain:
