As a manufacturing company, we have always taken responsibility – for our employees, our region, and the careful use of resources. Sustainable thinking and action have been part of our corporate identity since the company was founded – not merely as a marketing tool, but out of genuine conviction.
Today, we see more than ever before: Our responsibility does not end with the product, but extends to the supply chain, the environment and society. That is why it is a logical next step for us to make this stance visible, pursue it systematically, and communicate it in a transparent manner. The UN’s SDGs provide us with clear guidance.
Sustainable Development Goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global action plan developed by the United Nations (UN) encourage sustainable peace, prosperity, and environmental protection for all people worldwide.
The 17 goals wereadopted in 2015 as part of the Agenda 2030 and apply to all countries – both industrialized and developing nations. They include environmental, social and economic aspects and are to be achieved by 2030. They provide guidance for governments, companies and civil society on how to take responsibility for people and the environment. Topics include hunger, education and health, as well as sustainable economic activity, environmental protection, and the promotion of peace and global partnerships.
We have decided to focus on thirteen of these goals, which complement our core values and guide us in all decisions and actions.

This is not only our guiding principle, but also our attitude towards sustainability. We have many ideas, concrete projects and a clear vision for the future. But we also know: As a medium-sized company, we cannot implement everything at once – but step by step, with smart investments and a lot of commitment.
Today, we are implementing changes that will have an impact tomorrow, while staying on course for the sustainable, responsible and future-proof development of our company. We still have a long way to go. But one thing is for sure:
