Our responsibility
Corporate Management
Our aim is to: Be honest! Sustainability needs clear principles, transparency and credibility.
WITH DETERMINATION AND EMPATHY
Our global corporate culture thrives on a commitment to lifelong learning and shared growth. This gives us a stable foundation on which we can build long-term success, while also giving us the courage to embrace change when necessary. In this way, we shape change with a long-term perspective—and lead with compassion, responsibility, and vision.
And today, as the world market leader in components for aluminum profile systems, we can look back gratefully on our past and look forward to an exciting future.
"We give young talent a home – and in doing so, secure the future of our industry."
As a medium-sized company, we are responsible for the next generation of skilled workers. That is why we are proud to be a training company certified by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Industrie- und Handelskammer, IHK). Young people receive not only professional expertise, but also a work culture that is characterized by respect, trust and development opportunities.
Independent assessments confirm that we are on the right track: Being recognised as a Top Company by the German online platform for employer reviews Kununu in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 shows that appreciation, open dialogue and fair conditions are not just empty words, but values that we actively pursue every day.
"Responsibility knows no boundaries – it connects us with partners around the world."
Sustainability doesn't stop at the factory door – it runs through the entire value chain. That is why we take responsibility even in areas where we don't have direct influence, such as with our partners and suppliers. In line with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG), we conducted a comprehensive risk analysis in 2023. We now have a structured risk management system in place to help us identify and mitigate emerging human rights issues and environmental risks.
Our goal is not only to interact with our partners on equal terms, but also to work with them to ensure transparency and security.
We have already been rated as a sustainable supplier by EcoVadis, and we a part of their network. This important milestone demonstrates that our approach to responsibility and partnership is having an external impact.
"Good corporate governance is driven by people who take responsibility."
For us, sustainability and culture are not peripheral issues - they are part of our corporate identity. It is not typical for a company of our size to have dedicated roles for this purpose, but it demonstrates our clear commitment.
Our culture and communication specialist supports us in navigating change processes, promoting the development of our corporate culture, and helping teams to improve their soft skills, communication, and mindset through workshops. She is the main point of contact for dealing with professional and personal challenges, and she offers resilience training and personal counseling. This is how an ethical and value-driven management style is made tangible and put into practice.
Simultaneously, our sustainability manager is implementing structural changes within the company: Her role involves establishing data collection processes and developing projects that address environmental and social challenges. She also supports the creation of product and company carbon footprints, with the aim of enabling transparent voluntary reporting in the future. By creating a systematic, measurable, and effective framework for sustainability, we are making significant progress toward a more sustainable future.
"Sustainability requires structures - and verifiable quality."
To ensure reliability and transparency, we work according to established management standards. ISO 9001 certification is particularly important to us, as it allows us to have our quality management system reviewed on a regular basis. It guarantees that our processes are clearly structured, documented and focused on continuous improvement.
This is how we: demonstrate that binding standards, continuous development, and clear structures are just as much a part of sustainable corporate management for us as ecological and social responsibility.

We are redesigning industrial production – efficiently, responsibly, and sustainably.
Our responsibility
"Sustainability is a matter close to our hearts – and at the same time a corporate commitment that we want to make measurable."
