Cables and lines on devices, work stations, system arms, machines and plants should be guided cleanly and fixed securely. The safety aspect is especially important for moving objects.
Cables are often fixed to frames and racks with cable ties or hook-and-loop tapes. Cable ties are inexpensive and widely used, but a one-off solution. Hook-and-loop fasteners, on the other hand, are also suitable for the subsequent addition or removal of cables and lines.
In order to keep posts and struts free of surrounding cable ties or hook-and-loop tapes, sturdy fastening points are used. On the opposite side of the aluminum profiles, there is then nothing to be seen of the fixation of the cable guide. The number of fixing points can be selected according to requirements - it therefore also specifies the distance at which the cables have to be fixed.
As an elegant solution for the realization of such fixing points, FATH offers a wide range of cable fixation blocks. The special: The FATH cable fixation blocks can be fixed directly in different slots of aluminum profiles. Screw-on versions are also available.
Would you like to do completely without cable ties and hook-and-loop tapes when routing cables? Then the special clip cable binders from FATH are your solution.
The blocks are used in combination with cable ties or hook-and-loop tapes and optimize cable routing. The stable fixation protects against rubbing and cable damage. With the easy-to-install cable fixation blocks you not only create order, but also ensure safety and aesthetics in the production area.
The cable binder block is a solution for cable guides that run lengthwise to the aluminum profile. The block is mounted by a quarter turn in the slot.
The cross cable binder block is suitable for both lengthwise and crosswise running cables. Also with this solution, the block is mounted in the slot profile by a quarter turn.
If clip cable ties are used, no more cable ties or hook-and-loop tapes are needed. The re-closable clip cable binders can be attached to the aluminum profile with a quarter turn using a slot hammer. The clip cable binders are available as a version with one chamber or with two chambers, the latter including clamping ring to prevent cables from slipping.
NOTE: If you want to lay cables directly in the slot, you can close the profiles with the FATH cover profiles and thus optimally protect the cables.
Hook-and-loop blocks allow cables and lines to be added and removed. With the special slot hammer 45° the hook-and-loop blocks can be mounted lengthwise or crosswise to the slot. The hook-and-loop blocks can also be easily mounted by turning them an eighth of a turn in the slot. The hook-and-loop tape is included in the delivery.
If fixation in a slot profile is not desired, screw-on solutions for cable fixation are available. However, they are also used if the fixing point is to be screwed into the slot. The universal cable fixation blocks are available as versions for cable ties, hook-and-loop tapes or as clip cable binders.
This special solution from FATH for cable mounting provides four defined snap-in cable slots. The special plug-in geometry accepts different cable diameters and at the same time provides strain relief for the cables. Optional cover caps with hooks close the cable fixation securely. In addition to slot hammers for aluminum profiles, there are versions with snap hammers for fixing in holes of panel elements or metal sheets.
