FATH grab trays and grab containers for aluminum profiles and suspension profiles: Efficient and ergonomic provision of small parts
FATH grab trays and grab containers are practical aids for the shopfloor that promote order, transparency, and efficiency during assembly and production. Thanks to our manageable product range and highly flexible system, supplying small parts to industrial workplaces and optimizing assembly processes is effective, ergonomic, and comprehensive.
Practical experience from our own FATH production facility has been incorporated into the design of the grab trays and grab containers. These ergonomically designed versions have been specifically developed to simplify everyday assembly tasks involving small and extremely small parts. Trays and containers with dividers are also available to help organize small parts, allowing workers to effortlessly pick up even the smallest components. This saves time and reduces the margin of error.
In one single step, fastening a single grab tray and grab container can be accomplished without tools or mounting hardware. They are simply swiveled into the profile slot or snapped into the suspension profile.
Practically all grab trays and grab containers have a clearly visible labeling field, into which a paper label is inserted. This ensures that small parts can be reliably identified and retrieved.

Swivel adapter for grab and tray containers: Improved ergonomics and efficiency
The grab container 110 x 210 x 40 mm and the tray container 110 x 270 x 40 mm can be directly attached to the suspension profile. Additionally, FATH has developed a swivel adapter for both these components for workstations. The adapter allows quick attachment to profile slots 8 and 10 using a separate centering piece. It also features a clever swivel function: The gripper and tray containers can be swiveled horizontally up to 45° in both directions. Just loosen the locking screw, turn it into the correct position, and then tighten it. Easy! The position of the containers can be adjusted so that the assembly parts are conveniently located, clearly visible, and easy for the worker to retrieve. This flexibility ensures best ergonomics and a productive workflow. An effective contribution to lean production in manufacturing!
Grab trays for perforated plates
One version of the FATH grab tray - the grab tray 105 x 130 x 50 (Set) - is designed so that it may also be hooked into perforated plates with a maximum thickness of 3 mm. This enables maximum comfort even at workplaces without profile systems. The clearly visible marking field supports smooth loading and removal. Workers have maximum flexibility when positioning the grab trays. As needed, the position can be adjusted in one-centimeter increments.

ESD variants
Almost all FATH grab trays and containers, as well as the swivel adapter, are available in black and in an electrostatic discharge (ESD) version. They are made of carbon-fiber reinforced plastic PA. The only exception is: The simple version of the grab container 110 / 210 x 105 x 40 is not available as an ESD variant.
Ideal addition: FATH Tool Holder FX 360°
Unique: FATH tool holders FX for aluminum profiles, round tubes, square perforations, and magnetic surfaces are rotatable in 36 small steps through 360°. Straight suspension from inclined carriers is also possible and poses no problem. The alignment of the tool holders can be precisely adjusted so that tools and work equipment can be removed easily and quickly. Stowage is also intuitive and does not delay work processes, even when using larger equipment. Numerous function modules are available for this purpose. This facilitates less strenuous work and permits each handle to be perfectly aligned.
