The standardized Flowsort sorting modules can be combined as required and can be integrated into driven and non-driven conveyor systems with a width of 400 to 1050 mm.
The sorting systems can be easily expanded at any time. Users can start with a precisely fitting and not oversized sorting system.
Planning intralogistics systems with Flowsort sorting modules is much easier and faster than with conventional sorting systems thanks to standardization and modularization.
Flowsort sorting modules can be installed in all conveyor systems, such as roller conveyors and belt conveyors, and integrate seamlessly into the overall system. The modules are connected directly to the PLC of the existing intralogistics systems via the Function Blocks software supplied.
With Flowsort sorting modules, automatic sorting systems can be easily retrofitted to existing conveyor systems.

The included software function blocks enable the sorting modules to be easily connected to all common PLCs. Blue plastic rollers ensure feed and optimum grip when sorting boxes, parcels and envelopes weighing between 50 grams and 35 kilograms.
Four rollers are arranged in a turntable that can rotate between -90° and +90° within 0.3 seconds. This enables sorting capacities of up to 6,000 PPH to be achieved. Each row can be controlled separately.
They are driven by energy-efficient 24V motors - a contribution to reducing the consumption of resources.
Flowsort sorting modules are designed to be low-maintenance to ensure maximum availability. For maintenance work, the turntable can be removed from above in a few simple steps.
